Phil started his ICT career at IBM and for the last 20 years has held a number of executive management positions in IT and Telecoms solution companies with a particular focus on Service Management. His main contribution has been the development of new product markets and international expansion. Phil holds a number of engineering qualifications in computer science and telecoms and also a MBA.

Mark has served as CFO for IBS AB, and Paris listed Hubwoo SA, where he served initially as CFO and then as CEO. Prior to this, he was CFO at Atempo, London listed Sherwood International and Converge Inc. He has also held senior finance positions with Baan, Attachmate, and Sun Microsystems after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. Mark has a BSc in Electronic Engineering.

Nikunj has held senior positions in Arthur Andersn, PwC and Accenture. He is an experienced chartered accountant with particular expertise in corporate restructuring, mergers and acquistions, international taxation and financial performance management. Nikunj holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
