These include those set out by the TM Forum; eTOM, Frameworx/NGOSS and Information Framework (SID) and also IT Operations specific frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT and MOF.

Our own core OS3 product suite and our partner solutions are all compliant with these best practices and standards and have been designed to provide high levels of functionality and operability ‘out of the box’.
