Gary’s vision for telecoms solutions and his determination to embrace and evolve telecoms industry standards has enabled the company to remain on the leading edge of market evolution. He is a regular contributor to industry white papers, forums and speaking engagements. Gary studied at two UK Technical Colleges to gain general and ICT engineering qualifications.
Peter has over 20 years of experience in the telecoms industry. Most recently as the Director of Advanced Systems Engineering at PAETEC, Peter’s responsibilities included the development and implementation of next generation systems. Prior to PAETEC, Peter held engineering and operational management positions at US LEC and Frontier Communications. Peter holds a BA in Mathematics from SUNY at Potsdam.
Matthew serves as a Council Member for the SFIA Foundation, Lead for the Global priSM® Advisory Committee, President of the Institute of IT Service Management, and a Management Board Member for itSMF UK. As a member of itSMF UK and TM Forum, he was appointed chair of the Integrated Service Orientated Management (ISOM) joint initiative, whose work includes the alignment of eTOM and ITIL. Matthew is also Managing Director of BSMimpact.
