A key aspect of our approach is to work with our clients to design solutions that meet the specific requirements of their business operations and network infrastructure. We also help them address critical industry challenges such as network convergence, network change, quality of service and becoming ‘lean operators’.

The complexity of telecoms network infrastructure and the diverse nature of telecoms markets can present many challenges for interoperability of vendor solutions. We help our clients address these challenges through adoption of industry best practices and standards. These include those set out by the TM Forum; eTOM, Frameworx/NGOSS and Information Framework (SID) and also IT Operations specific frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT and MOF.

Our own core OS3 product suite and our partner solutions are all compliant with these best practices and standards and have been designed to provide high levels of functionality and operability ‘out of the box’.
